Documents and commitments
The things a legal, procurement or IT reviewer asks a provider for, in one place. If a document is not listed here, it is because it has not been published yet, not because it is hidden.
What is committed, how it is measured, and what the credit is when we miss it.
OpenOur own monitoring, from inside our own network, with open incidents and their updates.
OpenOne policy, the same on every page and at checkout.
OpenBilling and suspension schedule, verification, grievance timelines, data retention.
OpenWhat we collect, why, for how long, and how to ask for it to be removed.
OpenHow to report a vulnerability to us, and what to expect back.
OpenSpam, phishing or attacks from an address on our network.
OpenThe feature list, generated from what is switched on for this brand.
OpenWhat we commit to
- Urgent tickets get a first reply within 30 minutes during staffed hours. This is a response target, and the same figure drives the timers in the ticket queue.
- Open incidents are published on the status page and, where a service is affected, sent to the customers who use it.
- Security incidents on our infrastructure are reported to CERT-In within the six hours the 2022 directions require.
- Identity documents collected for verification are kept only as long as the retention policy states, and are never shared with a third party except as the law requires.
- Prices exclude tax. The tax added at checkout is shown before you pay.
What we do not claim
- We hold no ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS or Uptime Institute Tier certification. Where a partner facility holds one, it belongs to that operator, not to us.
- Uptime figures on the status page are our own measurements from inside our network, not an independent audit.
- Every number on this site has a source we can show you. If you find one that does not, tell us and we will remove it.
